So here's the Meat 6lb's of chop meat. Fresh ground is prefered. Make sure it's room tempature for mixing. |

2 dozen eggs in a deep pot. You need to mix this up quite a bit so make sure it's a big fuckin pot. |

| Add six pounds of chop meat. I know it sounds like alot-well your right. I cooked this day for 30 people. A bit of salt and peppar as you like it helps. Also some garlic powder is optional. |

Add 1 cup of grated cheese. Mix it well until cheese is evenly mixed in. |

Chop up 1 cup of fresh parsley. It must be finely chopped. My friend Jini is doing that because I was filming the video for Wigga. |

After you mix in the parsley add seasoned bread crumbs until it gets thick enough to hold a meatball shape. for you fuckin idiots- thats Round! You should wet your hands when making the meat ballz. It will help them brown as well. |

Cook in a pre heated oven @ 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until they get firm and slightly brown. These aren't fully cooked but when they cook slow for 5-6 hours in your sauce they will be some bad ass mothers. Mangia! |
